Listed below are a few examples of our previous projects and the work we do.
Bailgate Court
We’re especially proud of our latest development, Bailgate Court, in the heart of Lincoln which was completed in 2019. Currently shortlisted for a regional RIBA award, sympathetically and creatively designed by the talented Jonathan Hendry. The Grade II listed former hospital and theological college has now been converted in to 14 beautifully finished prestige apartments. This project achieved record values for the area and the last unit sold just 6 months after completion.
We took the building from pre-planning all the way to completion of the last apartment and currently oversee the management of the building.

Museum Court
Our previous award winning project, Museum Court, was a modern city-centre new build development of 20 units comprised of townhouses and apartments. Museum Court won the National and Regional RIBA Awards and a National Housing Award in 2010.
High Street
In 2016 we completed the refurbishment of a luxury menswear retail unit on the high street along with the conversion of 6 beautiful apartments in the ancillary space above.
Steep Hill
In 2008 we renovated a Grade II listed retail unit at the very top of Lincoln’s famous "Steep Hill” along with converting the above ancillary space into 4 characterful apartments. One of which has had a recent refurbish, image above.
